Do you offer cleaning or repairing services as well?
Yes. Our services include cleaning, repairing, and polishing diamond jewelery so you can retain it for a longer time and keep your precious jewelery with you forever.
What are the charges of the jewelery you provide and your services?
Our cost varies according to the type of jewelery you’re interested in. There are many factors that affect the cost, for example, the type of jewelery, weight, specifications, etc. You may share your requirements with us, and we’ll share the price with you. For cleaning and repairing service, we encourage you to visit our store with the item so we can see how much work it requires and will do it for free.
Where do you source your diamonds from?
Our diamonds come from the best authentic diamond mines in the world an designed in our hometown Pakistan. Every piece is carefully carved into your precious jewelery.
Can I buy from your physical store, or should I only place an order on the website?
We have both options open for our beloved customers. You can either come to our store to select the jewelery that suits you, or you can make a purchase through our website by selecting your preferred item and placing an order.
If I order through your website, how many days will it take to deliver?
Once your order is placed, we will make sure to contact you via email or phone to confirm it. Upon confirmation, your order will take around 15 business days to be delivered to your home. In case of unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters, shipping may take more time, and we’ll keep you well-informed on the progress.
