Diamond Collection’s shipping policy is applicable to every product purchased through our site. Packed carefully, every single order placed is fully insured by our insurance company against damage, theft, or loss during transit. The outer style of our packaging does not refer to what’s inside the package, so you can rest assured.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME:

We customize your jewelry at Diamond Collection according to your preferences. While customizing, you must understand that some items can take longer than other times to be created. It will take around 1-3 days for your order to be processed. We ensure to deliver your order in 15 business days within Pakistan, dispatching orders six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

DELAYED & UNDELIVERED ORDERS:

In event of delay due to any reason, our team will promptly contact you via email or your contact number.

If a customer is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to our company’s official address. Extra charges will also be applicable for shipping costs on that order.

SECURITY AND ACCURACY OF DELIVERY ADDRESS:

Diamond Collection shall have no liability for delivery to the wrong address. It’s mandatory for all our customers to an accurate shipping address and contact details.

Also, it is important that the delivery address you specify ensures that you receive your order safely; this could be where you live or where you work. In the unfortunate event that your package is misplaced or stolen, please note that Diamond Collection cannot be held responsible for such losses.
