Exchange & Refund Policy
Diamond Collection also has a dedicated policy for upgrades and exchanges. We facilitate upgrades and exchanges under the following conditions:
Within One Year of Purchase:
- You can upgrade to new diamond jewelry, with a remodeling fee reduction (no more than 25% of the invoice amount).
- The value of the new diamond jewelry item selected should exceed the value of the old piece.
After One Year of Purchase:
- For an upgrade, the old jewelry will be valued according to current market prices.
- It’s mandatory that the value of new jewelry piece should be greater than the offered value for the old piece.
Important Conditions for Exchange & Refund:
- The jewelry intended for exchange should retain its original purchase condition.
- Any exchange or upgrade is only possible with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- The process of verification and valuation of jewelry for upgrade, exchange, or refund may take up to 4 weeks, so be patient.
- In cases of approved refunds, taxes and credit card charges will be deducted.
- This policy is not applicable to watches, pearls, or custom-made jewelry.
